The industrial and semi-modern concept was a perfect fit for the client's criteria. Using materials like WF steel beams and hollow frames accelerated the construction process. Furthermore, if the client ever decides to change the type of business, it will be easier because the WF beams can be resold, avoiding the difficult demolition of permanent concrete walls or structures.

The detailed architectural concept highlights a contrasting massing composition, combining a white gabled roof section on the ground floor with a modern cubic volume on the upper floor. The primary dining area is placed on an open balcony (rooftop or open terrace) with a textured wooden canopy, which not only serves as a visual selling point but also maximizes natural ventilation. The use of materials like exposed concrete, large black-framed glass, and brick on the side reinforces the modern industrial character of the overall facade.
