The three-story residence emphasizes strong horizontal expressions and dynamic proportions through the interplay of exposed concrete, wood, and glass. Extended overhangs and linear balconies create a rhythmic façade while offering protection from tropical heat. Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly connected through transparency and the calming texture of wood. This approach defines modern tropical architecture not merely as minimal aesthetics, but as a thoughtful adaptation to climate, light, and the rhythm of life within.
