Design & Development
To realize his dream, I responded with a Classic House concept, carefully considering the existing conditions (geography, structural integrity, etc.). Opting for a Modern Classic style became the solution for keeping things both low-maintenance and budget-friendly. By completely redesigning the second floor and adding a few subtle touches to the first, we achieved a design that perfectly matched the client's wishes.

Architecturally, the façade composition emphasizes vertical and horizontal interplay, enriched by proportionate classical ornaments. Tall columns enhance its monumental impression, while layered mouldings and subtle profiles add depth and sophistication. The gentle cream tones blend with muted greys to achieve timeless visual harmony. Beyond its aesthetic expression, the design embodies a lasting elegance shaped for continuity through time.
