An entrepreneur needed a house that could double as a business space and a comfortable residence. He specifically wanted the ground floor for a tobacco warehouse and the second floor for a modern, non-traditional home.

After understanding his needs, the Modern Tropical concept emerged. This was a direct response to the beautiful surrounding natural views, given its mountainous location. To accommodate the need for a spacious tobacco warehouse and minimize the number of columns, we had to implement a robust, heavy-duty structure to maintain strength. The numerous window openings were also a key solution, maximizing the stunning views around the house. The choice of natural materials like wood and natural stone supports the tropical concept, ensuring the building harmonizes with its environment.
